Multi User Key Removal & Returns
Key Removals: The ability to control how many total logins will be required for a user to remove the key. Changing this will default the number of logins required for returning the key to the same setting. The number of logins required for returning the key can be independently changed, however. This feature is useful in cases where two people are required to be present during the key removal.
Key Returns: The ability to control the total number of logins that will be required for a user to return a key. The number of logins required will be initially set by the number of logins required for removal. However, it can be changed to another setting if desired. This feature is useful in cases where three people are required to be present during the key removal.
Departmental Access Option
Configure a key set to either require different departments or no departmental requirement. Departmental Access can only be modified if the key is set to require more than 1 login to remove the key. When this feature is enabled, key removal will require users to be in different “Key Access Departments”. If any of the user logins have the same department, then the system will deny the removal.
Secure Key Return
This feature adds another layer of security by controlling the order and departments of the users returning them. This feature can be set using five different return levels on a per key basis. While it is possible to return key sets if the order and department are outside of the configuration, any violation of the secure key return rules will result in a Return Violation alarm. This is because the safest place for your key sets is secured in the cabinet.
